Common bottlenose dolphin
Tursiops truncatus
12.1 cm
Penis length from the cranial point of fusion of the sheath with the shaft to the distal tip, after artificial inflation with pressurised saline to simulate erection (before formalin fixation); longest of four orientations. This is the free part beyond the sheath, not the whole organ.

Researchers pumped saline into one excised bottlenose dolphin penis to simulate erection. It measured 12.1 cm from the sheath to the tip, with a natural bend and a distinct tip.
Margin note: Results may differ in a live dolphin.
